Reconnective healing is a combination of light, energy, and information. Most other types of healing deal with energy only while Reconnective Healing deals with a much larger spectrum. This type of healing reminds the body how to vibrate. Reconnective Healing doesn’t specifically “treat” anything. If in its presence you allow yourself to come back into balance, you do.
The Reconnective Healing spectrum allows for healings that are not just physical, not just mental, not just emotional…yet go beyond that to bring you healing that includes the evolution of your very being and essence! And unlike other healing modalities the frequencies of Reconnective Healing increase with distance.
Healing continues after treatment, sometimes even months or years after. Sometimes dramatic effects are felt after a healing session, and sometimes nothing at all is felt. Regardless, it is important to remember that the most perfect healing has occurred for you.
What Can I Expect During a Session?
A Reconnective Healing session lasts 30 minutes. Typically the entire process takes an hour.
In-person Healing Session
Dress comfortably. You will be fully clothed, shoes off, resting face-up on a padded massage table. Refrain from wearing any fragrances. Various scents, fragrances, and aromas can appear during your session and this avoids confusion as to the source. You may want to bring a sweater if you typically get cold when you lie down.
During a session all there is for you to do is to relax and notice your experience.
Distance Healing Session
If you are not sure about the effectiveness of a distance healing session, remember that these frequencies actually increase in strength as the distance increases, unlike other healing modalities.
We can either schedule a set time where you lie down to experience your distance healing, or it can be done as you carry out your day.
I prefer scheduling a set time where you can recline or lie down in a comfortable, quiet space, and enjoy the experience of the healing session. Avoid wearing fragrances as mentioned above. Your job is to relax and notice your experience.
