Healing session

Recon­nec­tive heal­ing is a com­bi­na­tion of light, energy, and infor­ma­tion. Most other types of heal­ing deal with energy only while Recon­nec­tive Heal­ing deals with a much larger spec­trum. This type of heal­ing reminds the body how to vibrate. Recon­nec­tive Heal­ing doesn’t specif­i­cally “treat” any­thing. If in its pres­ence you allow your­self to come back into bal­ance, you do.

The Recon­nec­tive Heal­ing spec­trum allows for heal­ings that are not just phys­i­cal, not just men­tal, not just emotional…yet go beyond that to bring you heal­ing that includes the evo­lu­tion of your very being and essence! And unlike other heal­ing modal­i­ties the fre­quen­cies of Recon­nec­tive Heal­ing increase with distance.

Heal­ing con­tin­ues after treat­ment, some­times even months or years after. Some­times dra­matic effects are felt after a heal­ing ses­sion, and some­times noth­ing at all is felt. Regard­less, it is impor­tant to remem­ber that the most per­fect heal­ing has occurred for you.

What Can I Expect Dur­ing a Session?

Dura­tion

A Recon­nec­tive Heal­ing ses­sion lasts 30 min­utes. Typ­i­cally the entire process takes an hour.

In-person Heal­ing Session

Dress com­fort­ably. You will be fully clothed, shoes off, rest­ing face-up on a padded mas­sage table. Refrain from wear­ing any fra­grances. Var­i­ous scents, fra­grances, and aro­mas can appear dur­ing your ses­sion and this avoids con­fu­sion as to the source. You may want to bring a sweater if you typ­i­cally get cold when you lie down.

Dur­ing a ses­sion all there is for you to do is to relax and notice your experience.

Dis­tance Heal­ing Session

If you are not sure about the effec­tive­ness of a dis­tance heal­ing ses­sion, remem­ber that these fre­quen­cies actu­ally increase in strength as the dis­tance increases, unlike other heal­ing modalities.

We can either sched­ule a set time where you lie down to expe­ri­ence your dis­tance heal­ing, or it can be done as you carry out your day.

Relaxing for distance healing

I pre­fer sched­ul­ing a set time where you can recline or lie down in a com­fort­able, quiet space, and enjoy the expe­ri­ence of the heal­ing ses­sion. Avoid wear­ing fra­grances as men­tioned above. Your job is to relax and notice your experience.
